1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the services provided by Tetherhost Web LLP (“Tetherhost”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Provision of Services

We provide web hosting, server infrastructure, software development, and digital marketing services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.

Note: Uptime guarantees (e.g., 99.9%) are subject to our Service Level Agreement (SLA).

3. Payments & Billing

  • Invoicing All services are billed in advance. Invoices are due upon receipt.
  • Refunds We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on shared hosting plans. Dedicated servers and VPS are non-refundable.
  • Late Fees Accounts past due by 7 days may be suspended until payment is resolved.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Host or transmit illegal content, malware, or phishing schemes.
  • Send unsolicited bulk email (SPAM).
  • Engage in network abuse, DDoS attacks, or port scanning.
  • Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination without refund.

5. Termination

You may cancel your services at any time via the client portal. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for any violation of these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, your data may be permanently deleted.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tetherhost Web LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 6 months for the service in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Odisha, India.
